"The most honest shop I have ever been to! The first time I called them, my daughter's VW Jetta had been towed to another shop by AAA, and that "other shop" said "you need to pay $150 to have the car checked or move it out of their parking lot right away"... So I called Half Price Auto on 7th st in Phoenix, to see if I could find a better deal for a diagnostic, and Michael asked me what year her car was. I said it's a 2021. He immediately told me that if I take it to VW dealership, it should be covered under warranty. So I did just that, and amazingly he was right! Her car was repaired with only a minor charge of $24! These guys are so transparent and honest, they turn away easy money like it's nothing, to maintain their integrity. Wow! That is as rare as a unicorn with a golden horn, and a truly fantastic way to gain loyal customers! I will never take mine, or any of our cars to anther auto repair company! Do your self a favor and bring your care to these guys... you will be very glad that you did :-)"

"I absolutely recommend bringing your vehicle here. I had the best experience, Tim was amazing and explained everything to me and was honest! They fixed my vehicle for half the prize i was quoted somewhere else and was done pretty quick! Definitely recommend this place, I absolutely will be back for any future car repairs!!!
