"These guys need more credit, I've been here on 3 occasions now all separate issues. They work with extended warranty, insurance, fleet and customer pay work. These folks are more knowledgeable than some dealership and major chain shops I have done repairs with. You do need to be patience when coming here as it is not an express lane. Lobby is comfortable and always clean and cool. The New manager Jake is a Friendly, Intelligent and a very Helpful Guy and Kristina is accurate and straight to the point with no-nonsense attitude that you can trust. Both of them use to be technicians! Sheldon and Allan are two of the nicest mechanics I have ever met and genuinely care. I haven't got to meet the other guys yet, Respect and Understanding goes a long way at this family style shop, small crew with bug energy."

"Mike was the highlight of my weekend!! I’ve always been scared to go to mechanics but a belt in my car began to shave down and I barely made it into this shop!! Mike was so helpful, amazing, charismatic, and he really made me and my friends feel welcome and he did everything he could to help us out last minute and get me back on the road. I will definitely be visiting again just to see Mike!!"

"I don't give 5 star reviews easily. The shop on Cave Creek and Hatcher was excellent. My AC went out on my CRV. The shop evacuated the system and I installed my own compressor then returned to the shop to have the oil added to the compressor and the freon recharged. The shop did exactly what I requested and was crazy fast. Price was great. This is a honest and capable place. Hard to find today! If I ever need a repair this is where I will go. Thanks guys you are awesome!"

"We have had other trucks in a different shop and we brought this truck to half price auto and the turn around and service was top notch. I would and will refer this company all day long as 5 star honest and excellent work."
