"Found this shop online and saw the great reviews so we decided to take our vehicle here. My husband dropped it off and had a great customer service experience with Nic. He said Nic was very pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. They called us with all the details and we accepted, the work got started and was finished in a timely manner. I picked up our vehicle and had the pleasure of dealing with Eddie who was very customer service oriented, he went over the details and even got to share a few laughs in the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nic and he was just as my husband mentioned and also doubled made sure to let me know about the financing that is available. The mechanic did a great job as well, didn't get the pleasure of meeting him but Thanks a bunch. The customer service area was very inviting and clean. We greatly appreciate the service and will be back."

"I was extremely pleased with my service here at this location. I got all 4 brakes done for the most reasonable price ever. I shopped around and the services here beat the rest of the car shops up and down Indian School Road. Ask for Chad and Nick, the whole staff are a great and I give them 10 stars but here they only let you put 5 stars."

Best Auto Repair Around!
"I started taking my vehicle to Half Price Auto about a year ago and have started to send my friends to the Indian School location because the service is outstanding. I've lived in Phoenix for over 15 years and never had an Auto repair place take such good care of their customers! I recommend asking for Chad, he is thorough, professional and friendly. I trust him and his advice on all of my car repairs. Thank you Chad for taking care of our family we appreciate you!!!"
