"My Subaru Crosstrek’s catalytic converter was replaced about 6 mos ago and it went bad. I was concerned I’d have a hard time getting the replacement covered without a debate. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Jake was very easy to talk to and said they’d replace it at no cost to me as soon as I told him what was going on. I got it in the next day and they replaced it and I was back on the road that afternoon. This level of service, professionalism and friendliness is a throwback to a better time. There are other shops closer to my home, but it is well worth the extra few minutes to take my car somewhere I know will take care of me and not abuse my trust in them. I could not be happier. Thank you!"
