"I totally agree with all the other 5 star ratings. Yesterday I brought my Jeep in around 3 p.m. because my engine light came on. The parking area was packed with vehicles, and the service area was full. I went into the office, and Tim immediately welcomed me and asked what he could do for me. I told him about my engine light, and he immediately accompanied me to the Jeep with the scanner diagnostic tool. In a matter of a couple of minutes, he did the scan and told me everything I needed to know. It was 95% about what kind of gas cap I needed. He cleared the engine light and said if the light comes back on, I should get a new cap from the dealer because a non dealer cap was probably the reason for the light coming on. I will follow his advice. This was a great experience, and so far, the light has remained off."
