"This shop is AMAZING, came in and explained the issue with my car and was seen AND fixed THE NEXT DAY! Matt was absolutely the best in explaining the process since this was my first time taking my car into an automotive shop. I’d highly recommend here for the quality work and customer service 10/10"

"Okay let's cut to the chase, I like these guys.
I'm kind of a weird consumer, I'm very frugal but I'm not very trusting. Those two outlooks leave me not wanting to go to a dealership for work cause it's too expensive but also really weary of these smaller mom and pop or privately owned or tiny franchise kind of car care centers. I googled oil change coupons and came up with a few places around my house and Half Price came up as one of them. I was more willing to go because there were nine locations and decent reviews & I'm glad I did. I already don't trust the 5-minute lube or the jiffy lube or any of those places cuz let's be honest they've been all over the television on dateline specials and other stuff with her getting caught doing shenanigans. I've been to other places where when I ask what kind of oil they use you would think it was the secret of the world. Half Price performance was open and honest about their prices as well as the products that they use. This particular one that I came to is family owned and it was nice to see a father and a son behind a desk. After the oil change was finished they came in with the results of checking out the rest of my car and told me about my radiator being half fluid in half water and explain what that possibly could do. There was no forced up cell no pressure just piece of the facts. So i went ahead and got the radiator flush. I was also told about my air filters were literally just shot but he gave me time to look them up online and find them cheaper at Amazon again no pressure to put them in so I declined that. They're always running some kind of special and you see them oftentimes on Groupon. I suggest you find the one closest to your location and build a relationship with them as I said I like these guys."

"Can’t help but too brag about their customer service , transparency & honesty ! I was having engine coolant problem . Took my car over , James & his team went above and beyond to make sure I had a properly working coolant system & replacement which I truly appreciate ! Don’t think about it just come ! I promise you’ll leave with a relief then worries ! Thanks again a million times !!"

"Jake and Matt were super easy to work with! My car needed more work than originally planned but they called me with each issue. Very transparent, superb work & my car was in and out within a couple days. Highly recommend!"
