"I reached out over the phone asking for a price for a quick recalibration for my car on the automatic grill shutters, Brent was amazing by letting me know since he was front desk that information was a little bit above his pay grade and grabbed the boss man to give me a price, the boss man, once he heard of what I needed just told me to come in and we'll help you out. They're absolutely amazing and understood that I like working on my own car but I am not capable of doing 100% of everything I need and helped someone out who's learning.
And the reason i mentioned the front desk guy with that information I asked for was about his pay grade, that was truly appreciated due to other shops spewing out whatever comes out the top of head that they think is the right answer. I think everything 110% honest and transparent with me.
No doubt anytime I need something replace I personally can't do or anything that seems a bit too confusing and difficult I know they have my back and helping me keep my truck running and it's a top shape."
