"Story 1: They are very detailed and careful in their diagnostics. I took my car to two other places and did three different inspections before I took my car to Half Price. None of the previous shops found the coolant leak nor the problem with the torque mounts. I wish I had taken my car to them before I bought it. If I did, I probably would have been able to knock these issues out beforehand. It would’ve saved me a lot of money. So if you are buying a used car, I highly recommend you take it to Half Price to have them do a full diagnostic beforehand. It would’ve been money well spent. Story 2: The glass of my car’s side mirror got blown off and I can’t commute to work safely. I went to an auto parts store and they told me it would take them 10 days to get the glass in. I looked online and the earliest arrival date I found was after 4 days. I took my car to Half Price, and Ryan got the glass for me in less than 24 hours. Yes it was quite a bit more expensive than getting the part myself but I consider it worth it, given how fast they were able to get it in. Story 3: Their pricing for oil changes are among some of the best in the North Phoenix area. I highly recommend."

"Nothing but great things to say about these guys. I took my F150 truck in for a full Brake job and got a call from them, letting me know that my front brakes were not necessary to replace, just the back. Really nice to have a repair shop be honest, knowing that they will get repeat business in the future. I highly recommend you check this shop out!"
