"I was in the waiting room with the lady who left a 2 star review below me. The staff were so nice to her. They let her son pick a free hotwheel off their shelf, turned on their arcade game for him to play, and I heard the whole story about her oil pan drain bolt being damaged by the last shop that changed her oil. I had wonderful service today at this location, and so did Sammie Schutte. Some people are just terrible. Give Floofy a treat for me. This is my new favorite repair shop."

"I bought a vehicle out of state, and when I got it back to Arizona, it failed the emissions test. The emissions report wasn't very clear about what needed to be repaired, so I took my GMC Acadia to Half Price Auto & Repair.
From the moment I called, Sarah was incredibly helpful. She communicated clearly, explained the process with confidence, and assured me they would get the issue resolved. They ordered the necessary parts the same day, and my vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up the very next morning.
The shop was organized, professional, and had an impressively fast turnaround. Best of all, my Acadia passed emissions right away. I highly recommend Half Price Auto & Repair for any service needs. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!"
