"I was referred to Half Price Auto Repair by a friend of mine and after receiving a more than reasonable quote for the work I needed done, I decided to take my truck in. The gentleman behind the counter welcomed me as I came thru the door and asked me what brought me in. I told him what I needed and the trouble I was having getting the work done from other shops as I have modified my truck and struggle to find places that can accommodate its size. We walked outside to have a look at it and much to my disappointment he informed me that in fact his shop also did not have the necessary equipment. However without missing a beat he gave me the name and location of a place that could accommodate my request. And he was right... Now I didn't get any work done at Half Price today but I did get great service. I feel bad that I didn't get his name but he could easily answer to Friendly, Honest, Informative, Helpful and for me today Hero. Thank You Mr CSR. You made this girl's day. Keep up them customer service skills, cuz you are Killin It!!! Should I have any future automotive needs they will be my first stop."

"I went here to get my transmission and clutch repaired! Edward provided me with the information I needed every step of the way, was very honest, gave a warranty on his work and all for an extremely fair price! I am new to the Phoenix area and I am grateful to say I have found my place for auto service. Thank you so much!!"

"I drive a 01 bmw 330i. Brought the car in for over heating issue. was quoted a higher price than what I ended up paying.__They're a honest shop that's not looking to rip you off but to keep yoy coming back as a customer. I'm definitely going to be a reoccurring customer."
