"I took both our cars here for some service that they needed. Adrian and Eddie were both extremely knowledgeable with both models of cars we have. I have an older 2008 GL 550 and my girlfriend has a 2011 E550. They were fast in the service and turned it around same day for us at a better price than I found anywhere else around town. They let you know of any future work that may be needed so you can budget ifor it if you don't choose to do it while it's there on that visit. We will be bringing all our future repairs here for them to take care of. Thanks again Adrian and Eddie for all you guys do! We appreciate you!!!"

"Edward the manager was very helpful. He explained the problem, gave me a price quote, which he stuck to. Using this shop was a good choice. They completed the work when promised, at the price quoted. Very happy I chose Half Price Auto!"

"I haven’t even gotten my car back yet, and I have nothing but great things to say about these guy already! I don’t like dropping my car off ANYWHERE. BUT they took the time to run god only knows how many tests to get the correct and accurate answer as to what was wrong with my car they spent 2 days running the proper diagnostics and making sure they were 100% certain before giving me any kind of pricing breakdown. Which I completely appreciate that they didn’t just guess they didn’t give up when it wasn’t a totally obvious answer. And when they did they were totally transparent about everything. They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need told me their honest opinions but didn’t make me feel like I HAD to pay for things I didn’t necessarily need quite yet. I appreciate them putting up with all my phone calls and pestering! Never sounded annoyed about me calling and was always happy to get me any update! I can’t wait to come pick up my car today and see the I’m sure amazing work they’ve done on it!"

"Great communication and customer service from the ownership down to the technicians as I had a PM service and some other maintenance items completed today. Their Name doesn’t lie either as I had Budgeted double what I paid for these services on my car. Keeping $$$$ in my pocket..
