"My vehicle has been at this shop for over 3 plus month’s waiting for repairs. Every week it’s something else that needs to be fixed. My car has been at this shop since Dec 15, 2022 and I still don’t have it back as of March 9, 2023.__Update: owner reached out to me. During the conversation, he explained the steps in detail and basically it’s the insurance companies dropping the ball as usual. It’s say a lot for an owner to personally reach out!"
