I went in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, and everything was done efficiently with no pressure or upselling. Excellent service and great value definitely check out their Groupon deals while they’re available. I’ll be coming back!"

"I cannot say enough positive things about Half Price Auto Repairs & Fleet, especially the team at the 19th Ave. location. From start to finish, this experience truly set the standard for what auto repair service should look like.
We initially brought in our 2013 Mercedes due to ongoing issues with the vehicle not idling correctly and the check engine light turning on and off. From the very first conversation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and were completely transparent in letting us know the vehicle would require a transmission. While the cost was understandably significant, they went above and beyond to explain all available options, including sourcing a reliable transmission that would fit within our budget. There was absolutely no pressure — just honest guidance and respect for our decision-making process. Ultimately, we decided to trade the vehicle in, but their integrity and professionalism left a lasting impression.
About a week later, I returned with another vehicle to have a rear brake light repaired and a sensor reinstalled in the bumper (thanks to a determined two-year-old!). Once again, the experience was exceptional. The team clearly walked us through the entire process, provided invoices before any work was performed, and kept us informed every step of the way. There were no surprises, no hidden costs, and no confusion — just clear communication and genuine care for the customer.
What truly sets this location apart is the people. The gentlemen at the 19th Ave. shop operate as a true team, and it shows. Their transparency, honesty, patience, and willingness to educate rather than upsell is something you don’t come across often in this industry. You never feel like “just another customer” — you feel valued and respected.

"I highly recommend Half Price Auto on Cave Creek and Mountain View. We spent a month dealing with another auto shop who did not fix our Jeep's problem after multiple visits. James said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. They fixed our Jeep in a very quick time frame and did an excellent job. Kudos to James, Junior and Devlon for listening to our concerns and fixing another shop's mess. Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We are extremely happy with their service."
