"I first had my car checked out at Virginia Auto, but then I called Half Priced Auto to explore my options, and I’m so glad I did! The service here was amazing—far better than what I experienced at Virginia Auto down the street. The customer service and constant communication were phenomenal. HUGE shout out to Daniel, who guided me through every step of the process with complete honesty and transparency. Mike was also incredibly helpful. This is an amazing company with amazing people. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on. A big thank you to everyone here! If you’re reading this and trying to decide on a repair shop, I hope this helps. They got everything taken care of within a day and a half, super proactive people here. Highly recommend!"

"I went into the shop on Indian School to get my brakes Isaac did an excellent job on them that's when he noticed the caliper was messed up and he told me he needs to be replaced as soon as possible I appreciate what you did at the shop thank you guys"
