"I was on my way to an appointment when I got a flat tire. I was with my sister and driving her car. I pulled over into a parking lot to change the tire, but quickly realized that the jack was missing. Fortunately for me in the parking lot was the Shop Half Price Auto Repair. They were so busy and told me that it would have to be "a bit". But then Joseph who was checking-in customers, upon seeing that I was in a rush and that I had the spare with me but no jack, took it upon himself to directly assist me. He asked me to pull the car up behind another vehicle in the Repair Bay. Joseph quickly asked one of the Shop Technicians to bring over a rolling jack and to my surprise, Joseph quickly went to work and switched the tire himself. I honestly thought that the Tech was going to do the work but again, I was surprised, not to mention, overly impressed with Joseph's willingness to immediately assist me. On top of that he would not take payment from me. So call it my Happy New Year beginning. My hat is off to Half Price Auto Repair and Joseph. Thank you."
